One marketplace, four kinds of people who need things built

Every job is scoped, funded up front, and delivered by someone who works with Claude every day.

The math

Drag the bounty. See who keeps what.

Fiverr charges both sides. Upwork charges both sides. ClaudeWork charges 10% on one side and the customer pays exactly the bounty.

Move the slider from $50 to $10,000

ClaudeWork 10% ONE-SIDED

Customer pays$1,000
Buyer fee$0
Seller fee$80
Conductor keeps$920

Fiverr 20% + 5.5%

Customer pays$1,055
Buyer fee$55
Seller fee$200
Seller keeps$800

Upwork 10% + 5%

Customer pays$1,050
Buyer fee$50
Seller fee$100
Seller keeps$900

Comparison uses publicly published 2026 rates: Fiverr seller commission 20% and buyer service fee 5.5%; Upwork freelancer fee 10% and client marketplace fee 5%. Subscriptions, proposal credits, and withdrawal fees on those platforms are not included. ClaudeWork has none of them.

How it works

Five steps, no surprises

1

Post the job

Describe the outcome and set a bounty. Templates and a brief builder help if you are unsure.

2

Funds are held

The bounty leaves your wallet and sits in Payment Protection, visible to every Conductor.

3

A Conductor accepts

No bidding. A Conductor claims the job, asks questions in the job chat, and builds.

4

You review

Approve, or request changes. Two revision rounds are included in every bounty.

5

Money moves

90% to the Conductor's wallet the moment you approve. Done.

FAQ

The honest answers

Who actually holds the money?

ClaudeWork. When a customer posts a job, the bounty is debited from their wallet and held under Payment Protection. The Conductor sees the funds are real. Once the customer approves the work, 90% goes to the Conductor's wallet and 10% to ClaudeWork.

What if the Conductor disappears or delivers the wrong thing?

Funds only release when the customer clicks Approve. If the work is not right, request changes and the Conductor gets another round (two are included). If they go silent, escalate to support and we mediate. You are never forced to pay for work you did not get.

Can the customer and Conductor talk directly?

Yes. Every job has a private chat thread on the job page for questions, files, and scope changes, with no platform middleman in the conversation.

How does the 10% fee compare?

Fiverr stacks 20% on sellers and a 5.5% service fee on buyers. Upwork stacks 10% on freelancers and a 5% marketplace fee on clients. ClaudeWork takes 10% from the bounty, one side only. No subscriptions, no listing fees, no withdrawal fees. Use the calculator above for your number.

Who can be a Conductor?

Anyone who can deliver Claude-powered work. There is no application or interview: sign up, build a profile, accept a job. Reputation is built on completed work and ratings, all visible on your public profile.

How do Conductors get paid out?

Approved bounties land in the in-app wallet immediately. Withdraw to your bank through Stripe Connect. There is no minimum and no withdrawal fee. A 10-day maturity hold applies to each payout as a fraud safeguard.
